About the Service
Integrated Project Management is about swiftly achieving the goals and objectives set by the Client. This is accomplished through providing engineering, technical, and, if required, logistical support for the project. We offer the Client a dedicated Project Management Team to oversee and organize the project effectively.
Turnkey Well Construction
Under this service, we organize subcontracted work for well construction on the Client’s licensed areas. This includes a complete range of activities such as mobilizing drilling rigs and equipment, setting up drilling sites, access roads, and utilities, installing equipment in compliance with Safety Rules for Oil and Gas Industry (PBNG), drilling and casing the wells, and verifying and handing over well documentation to the Client.
